We rent out a variety of bikes to our customers, from standard bikes for casual use to premium bikes from brands like Cannondale and Ellsworth. Whether you need to rent a bike just for riding around town or you need something a bit more specialized, Velo Republic has got your back!
What if you don’t need a whole bicycle? What if you’re only looking to try out some different wheels? Velo Republic has you covered there, too! We also offer more long-term rental plans for both wheels and bikes in certain circumstances. Call or drop by to find out the details!
You don’t have to own a bike to get the benefits. Sure, Denton is a walkable city, but sometimes you might need a little help. You don’t always need a car or want to worry about parking, but on occasion having a bicycle can make getting around campus, going to work, or just meeting friends that much easier. To help, Velo Republic is happy to provide a bike rental program.
Our bicycle rental program is a great option to help get around town or campus without needing to invest in a bike of your own. We even offer special semester plans for students at UNT or TWU, or even basic bike wheel rental plans.
What if you really like the bike or the wheels you’ve rented and decide that you want to keep them? First off, congratulations! We’re so happy for you. A match between a rider and their gear is a beautiful thing. Second, we’ll put your rental fees toward the purchase price of your bike or wheels. Reserve Your Bike
While we do accept walk-ins, contacting us ahead of time to make your reservation is the best way to ensure that we have a bike ready for you in the correct size and style as soon as you arrive at our shop.
Bicycle Rental
- $100 for one day for premium bikes from Cannondale and Ellsworth, $50 per each additional day
- $50 per day for regular bikes, $25 per each additional day
- $25 each additional day
Wheels
- $50 a day $25 each additional day
If you decide to purchase the bike or wheels within 90 days of the rental, the rental fees can be put towards your rental.

Did You Fall in Love?
If you rent a bike and decide that you can’t live without it, we’ll gladly put your rental fee towards the purchase of a new bike. Take home a new bicycle within 30 days of your bike rental and we’ll credit you up to one week’s worth of rental fees!
